The work
01
Commercial work across the valley, from tenant finish and new buildouts to kitchen equipment circuits and lighting, scheduled around business hours and guest stays.
Commercial02
Larger homes with larger services, exterior and landscape lighting, and long underground runs. We work to the general contractor's schedule from rough-in through trim and final inspection.
New construction & custom homes03
Older homes in Minturn, Eagle and down valley being brought up to modern loads: new circuits, relocated panels, kitchens and additions, with the permit and inspection handled.
New circuits & wiring04
Edwards, Eagle and Gypsum are full-time communities. Panel upgrades, EV chargers in family garages, and repairs on the homes people live in every day.

First stop over the pass. Hotels, restaurants and retail in Vail Village and Lionshead, and large custom homes from East Vail to West Vail. Commercial work here runs to tenant finish and lighting in hospitality spaces. Residential leans toward remodels and service upgrades on bigger homes.
An old railroad town below Vail, with older homes on small lots and newer infill between them. Plenty of the wiring here predates modern loads, so remodels, new circuits and panel upgrades that bring a house up to date are the usual work.
The town at the foot of Beaver Creek, with a commercial core, lodging and condo buildings close to the lifts and homes on the slopes above. Commercial tenant finish, EV chargers in shared garages and repairs in rental units are common calls.
Large custom homes, hotels and village commercial. Jobs here mean working within the community's access and scheduling rules, and coordinating with property managers, general contractors and associations, as well as doing the electrical work.
Year-round neighborhoods across the valley floor and the hillsides above, plus the shops and restaurants at Riverwalk. Remodels, EV chargers and panel upgrades in family homes make up much of the work, with commercial along the Edwards corridor.
Where Highway 131 heads north from I-70. Ranch property and homes on larger parcels, where long service runs, outbuildings and shop circuits are a bigger part of the job than in town.
A year-round town with established neighborhoods, newer subdivisions and a working downtown. New construction, additions, circuits for shops and garages, and commercial work downtown are all common here.
The far west end of our Eagle County work. Year-round homes, newer subdivisions, and light commercial and industrial buildings. It's the longest drive in the county for us, so planned work suits it better than a single quick call.

Questions
Timing, travel, permits and the kinds of property we work on here.
Yes. It's a drive over Vail Pass, so Eagle County work is usually scheduled rather than same-day, and travel is built into the quote rather than added later. When the pass closes for weather, we'll let you know and reschedule rather than leave you waiting.
Yes. Much of our Eagle County work is with general contractors on custom homes, remodels and commercial buildouts. We work to the construction schedule from rough-in through trim and final inspection, and keep the builder updated so electrical doesn't hold up the next trade.
Yes. Hotels, restaurants, retail and tenant finish make up a large share of our work, along with new commercial builds. We schedule around business hours and guest stays, coordinate with property managers, and handle permits and inspections so the space can open on time.
Yes. Larger homes, additions, EV chargers and hot tubs often push past what the existing service can carry. We run a load calculation, size the new service, coordinate the change with the utility, and handle the permit and inspection. You get one quote that covers all of it.
It depends on where the property sits. Incorporated towns commonly run their own building departments, while unincorporated areas such as Edwards and Wolcott are permitted through the county. We confirm the right office for your address before quoting, pull the permit, coordinate the inspection and itemize the fee on your quote.
