Home base · I-70 & Highway 9
Silverthorne
We're based here, so it's usually the quickest place for us to reach. Silverthorne runs from the shops and restaurants along the Blue River up into the Wildernest and Mesa Cortina condos and out to newer single-family homes north of town. Condo panels at capacity, garage EV chargers and commercial tenant finish make up much of the work.
02
On Lake Dillon
Dillon
A lakeside town with a redeveloping core of mixed-use and commercial buildings, older homes on the hill above the reservoir, and the condos and townhomes of Dillon Valley across I-70. Older wiring in decades-old buildings, panel upgrades and commercial work in the town core are the common calls.
03
Main Street & the marina
Frisco
Main Street is lined with restaurants, shops and lodging, much of it in buildings that have changed hands and uses many times. That means tenant finish, kitchen circuits and lighting for commercial spaces, alongside remodels of older cabins and condos in the residential blocks off Main.
04
River Run & the Snake River valley
Keystone
Resort condos and lodging around River Run and the lake, plus single-family homes spread along the Snake River valley. Many units sit empty between stays, so heat tape, exterior lighting and anything that fails while nobody is watching are regular calls.
05
Up the Snake River valley
Montezuma
One of the highest incorporated towns in the country, up the valley past Keystone. Cabins and older homes, where aging wiring, smaller electrical services and winter access shape what a job looks like and how we schedule it.
06
Historic district & the hillsides
Breckenridge
A historic downtown with the ski resort at its edge and large custom homes in the neighborhoods above. In the historic district that often means old wiring in old buildings. On the hillsides it's new construction and custom homes, and across town, short-term rentals that need problems fixed between guests.
07
Highway 9, south of Breckenridge
Blue River
Wooded lots off long private roads on the way up toward Hoosier Pass. Homes here tend to be larger and more spread out, so service upgrades, exterior lighting, long underground runs and winter reliability come up more often than they do downtown.
08
Resort village
Copper Mountain
Almost entirely resort condos and village commercial at the base of the mountain. Shared buildings mean work gets coordinated with property managers and associations, and access, parking and timing around guest stays matter as much as the electrical work itself.
09
Green Mountain Reservoir
Heeney
The far north end of the county, on Green Mountain Reservoir off Highway 9. Cabins and seasonal homes, and a longer drive than the rest of Summit, so we schedule work here rather than treating it as a quick call.
