Most calls are answered the same day and scheduled within one business day. Outages affecting a whole unit, a rental with guests in it, or anything hot to the touch move to the front of the queue. If we cannot reach you quickly, we say so rather than leaving you waiting.
Estimates on installations, upgrades and new circuits are free. Service calls start with a diagnostic visit, and we price the repair before we proceed, so nothing is added without your approval. If we open a wall and find something unexpected, we stop and call you.
Four things: the size of the service you need, whether the existing panel has capacity, access to the run, and which jurisdiction is permitting the job. Mountain properties add complications such as exterior conduit, heat tape circuits and seasonally vacant buildings. We quote in writing before starting.
Yes, and a large share of our work is exactly that. We coordinate access with your property manager, cleaner, guests or neighbor. You approve the quote by phone or email, and we photograph the finished work and send it the same day so you can see what was done.
Most panel upgrades, new circuits, service changes and EV charger installations require one. We pull the permit where the job needs it and itemise it separately. Which office issues it depends on the town, since Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon and Vail each permit separately from their counties.
We coordinate with them, but we do not file their paperwork. Every board runs to different rules, so the forms are yours to submit. What we do is give you what the board asks for, answer their technical questions, and schedule around whatever they decide. We also paint-match visible conduit so the finished install reads as part of the building.
Ten Mile Electric LLC holds Colorado electrical contractor license 101227 and carries insurance. We have worked in these mountains since 2018. Everyone who comes to your property is licensed and insured, and you reach the same people afterwards on the same number.
